What exactly is the Ongoing Support Program?
Since the program's purpose is to reserve my time, it is billed and paid in advance, each month before work is scheduled. Essentially, you are “pre-ordering” hours versus selecting a specific service.

GET IT ALL DONE
Since I can anticipate a certain number of hours of work from you, I have the ability to plan my workload accordingly and give your projects appropriate attention each month.
Knowing what your invoice amount will be every month allows you to budget with more accuracy. Additionally, the monthly rate is more affordable than the regular freelance rate.
What are the benefits of the Ongoing Support Program?
ORGANIZE & DELEGATE PROJECTS
With a guaranteed amount of prioritized hours each month, there’s no reason to delay jobs. Additionally, larger projects can easily be broken down into manageable pieces.
You get a discount compared to normal freelance rate. The more hours you commit and pay for, the better the discount on the regular hourly rate.
You pay a predictable amount at the beginning of each month for the duration of the support program contract. Many easy payment options are available to you.
There are fewer contracts and invoices to track when compared to a per project fee basis.
You get access to a professional designer & photographer without the overhead associated with keeping a designer in-house.
How does the Ongoing Support Program work?
1. MEET UP & TALK
We’ll schedule an initial 30 minute meeting to discuss your business goals, and review your needs for ongoing and upcoming projects. Subsequent months work requests may be submitted by utilizing provided form.
2. PAY & SCHEDULE
Once the monthly fee is paid and we discuss your current projects, I will block out the time needed for the current month’s projects.
3. RELAX & REPEAT
We will simply repeat the payment & planning process at the beginning of each month for the duration of the current contract. Feedback is always welcome, and may be solicited occasionally to be sure we are on track.
4. DOUBLE CHECK
Before renewing the contract, we will review your needs to be sure we have the right number of hours set aside for you, going forward.
Which design services can be included?
Graphic illustrations, icons, and typography treatments.
Direct mailers, flyers, business cards, brochures, menus, newsletters, and advertisements
Social Media graphics, blog banners, and other web designs
WEB UPDATES & MAINTENANCE
Content updates for Wordpress or Squarespace sites. (Content provided by client*; other website hosts will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
Occasional onsite photography to be used for digital and print materials, includes photo selection and editing. Some photography may require purchase or rental of equipment.*
* additional expenses such as stock photography, printing costs, and equipment rental will be discussed and billed separately. Travel time is deducted from pre-paid hours.
How do I know how many hours I need?
We can work together to evaluate your needs and budget. It may take a few months to dial it in, so we’ll need to communicate and discuss priorities or additional costs if the needs are more than estimated. Alternatively, we can move on to your next priorities if there is free time.
What if I need more time one month?
Have a one-time project that would cause you to go beyond your pre-paid hours? If approved and paid at the beginning of the month your current discounted hourly rate will be applied.
Other Important Program Details
MINIMUM 3 MONTH COMMITMENT
At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program you are in to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can continue with 3 month commitments or move to 6, 9, or 12 months.
OVERAGE AT REGULAR RATE
Unscheduled time overage will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $60 per hour. Each contract includes a set number of hours each month.
UNUSED HOURS EXPIRE
Hours do not roll over as that would defeat the purpose of allocating time each month for projects. If I am getting close to running out of hours, I will let you know so that we can confirm priorities.
DETAILED INVOICE PROVIDED
Upon request, you can receive a list each month with the projects worked and hours allocated to them.
