How do I give feedback?
I will send you your proofs in a digital form with a text box for your comments and approvals.
How many revisions are included?
Depending on the type and complexity of your project, there will be a designated amount of revisions included in the contract. Any further revisions would be billed at a standard hourly rate.
What is your standard payment schedule?
The payment schedule is broken up into two payments - the first payment of 50% of the package total when the project is scheduled, and then the rest due when we have completed your project, or in 30 days, whichever is first.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do not have payment plans, per se, but alternately, we can turn your project into a 3 month Ongoing Support contract which means we would break the project(s) into smaller chunks and create/bill monthly. Example: Instead of an entire branding refresh project completed in 2-4 weeks, we could do the logo the first month, the website the next, and all of the collateral the third.
How do I access my account files during the project?
Rather than using a complicated project management system, I create an personal online client portal that is double password protected. The first password is for all of my clients and it allows you access to general documents that my clients like to have handy for reference. The second password is one you choose on your initial client questionnaire and is just for you. This is where you will see all of your project files, timelines, homework files, invoices and all proofs.
